Anna L. (Wyatt) Rudd, 93, of Sheridan, passed away on September 13, 2016 in Sheridan. She was born on May 28, 1923 to the late James and Mabel (Lindenmayer) Wyatt in Boone County.

Anna worked and retired from the Rollo P. Greer DVM office in Sheridan, IN. Anna was a lifelong member of the Sheridan Historical Society with whom she was very proud and honored to receive the 2011 Volunteer Appreciation Award. Anna was the den mother to Cub Scout Pack

118. Anna had many talents. She was very talented with embroidering quilts, sewing, crocheting and making dolls which she would give as gifts to show her love and affection. Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Francis Rudd in 1995. Anna's biggest joy and accomplishment was her family that she loved dearly. She is survived by her three children, Francis M. (Mike) Rudd of Sequim, WA, Wilbur R. (Carole) Rudd of Cookville, TN and Judy (John) Renner of Noblesville, IN. Anna was a proud grandmother of 15, a great-grandmother of 32 and great-great-grandmother of 7. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty J. Sanders, son, Clovis L. "Butch" Rudd and two sisters and two brothers. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 1 pm at Fisher Family Funeral Services, 508 E. 6th Street, Sheridan, IN where all family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 am until time of service. Pastor Chuck Barker will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow service at Spencer Cemetery.
