Beth Diane Pickett Welch age 49 of Sheridan passed away on December 3, 2008 in Sheridan.  Beth was born in Noblesville on April 8, 1959 to James and Donna (Eccles) Pickett of Sheridan who survive her.  Beth was married on September 7, 1985 to Greg Welch he also survived her.  Mrs. Welch graduated from Sheridan High School class of 1977.  Beth worked as a teacher for Montessori School in Westfield, Indiana. Surviving Beth are her two devoted sons, Garrett and Owen Welch of Sheridan; a brother, Dr, Jay (Nancy) Pickett of Texas; two sisters, Linda Pickett (Judy Graham) of Sheridan and Janice (Jeff) Millikan of Florida; mother-in-law, Marilyn Welch of Sheridan and her brother-in-law, Chris (Vicy) Welch of Sheridan.  All of Beth''s grandparents preceded her in death. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 9 at 10:30 a.m. at First United Methodist Church with Carol Fritz officiating.  Burial will follow at Crown View Cemetery.  Calling will be on Monday December 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Sheridan.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Garrett and Owen College Fund.  Fisher Family Funeral Services in handling the arrangements.
