Ivan I. Kazantsev 84, of Noblesville formerly of Ukraine; he went to be with his lord and savior on February 9, 2022. He was born on July 13, 1937, to the late Ivan I. and Nina (Manaenko) Kazantsev in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Ivan proudly served his country in the Ukraine Army while in the army his job was artillery. After the Army he always enjoyed working with his hands and building things, so he decided he wanted to become a carpenter and over the years he was very proud of the things he built. Ivan loved his wife Zinaide who preceded him in death. Ivan looked forward to reading and gaining knowledge from the books he would read; he was also a coin collector, and he has collected several rare coins over the years. His favorite book to read was the Holy Bible. Ivan passed on his love for Jesus and his work ethic on to his children who will greatly miss him. He leaves behind his children Igor (Lyubov) Kazantsev, Andrey (Lyudmila) Kazantsev and Dr. Olga (Valdmir) Gudosnikov. He was a proud grandfather to his 13 grandchildren and his 6 great-grandchildren. Preceding Ivan in death are his two brothers Michael and Nick Kazantsev.
A graveside service will be held on Friday February 25, 2022, at Riverside Cemetery located at 201-207 S. 5th St. in Noblesville, Indiana at 12:00 pm. Everyone is invited to sign the online guest book, leave a condolence, or share a memory at fisherfunerals.com.
