Obituary

Thomas “Scotty” Lee Scott Jr. passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 57. Born on April 14, 1969, Scotty will be remembered as a quiet, funny, and goofy man whose wonderful smile and good-hearted nature left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

A graduate of Sheridan High School’s Class of 1987, Scotty went on to work as a plasterer. He loved his job and took great pride in his work, bringing care and dedication to his craft throughout his career. Outside of work, he loved animals, enjoyed golfing, and liked working on cars. Above all else, his family was his proudest accomplishment.

Scotty is survived by his daughters, Tori Ann Blair and her husband, Ryan, and Adrian Taylor Scott and Christian Bagwell, His three grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Debbie Reynolds and her husband, Robin, and Donna Scott and Tim Deline, along with his nieces and nephews. Those who loved Scotty will continue to carry his memory with them, remembering his humor, his kind heart, and the warmth he brought to their lives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lee Scott Sr.; his mother, Mary Catherine Scott; his sister, Linda Biddle; and his nephew, Benjamin Drayer.

A memorial gathering will be held on October 23, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Fisher Family Funeral Services, 508 E 6th St, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. A memorial service will follow there from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
